4. Booking Process

The booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation has been provided by JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER.
Customers must provide accurate information, including:
* Passenger name
* Contact details
* Pickup location
* Destination
* Date and time
* Number of passengers
* Luggage requirements
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service delivery.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed or quoted are based on the information provided at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for:
* Extra waiting time
* Additional stops
* Route changes requested by the customer
* Excessive luggage requirements
* Special vehicle requests
The final price will be confirmed before service commencement whenever possible.
6. Payment

Full payment may be required before the service date.
Failure to complete payment may result in booking cancellation.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
* Arrive on time at the pickup location

* Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
* Follow all applicable laws and regulations
* Use seat belts where legally required
Passengers shall not:
* Damage vehicles
* Smoke inside vehicles
* Consume illegal substances
* Carry dangerous or prohibited items
* Engage in abusive, threatening, or unlawful behavior
8. Child Safety
Children must travel in compliance with applicable safety laws.
Where legally required, customers must request child seats during booking.
Availability of child seats is subject to advance notice and availability.
9. Airport Pickups
For airport pickups, customers should provide:
* Flight number
* Airline
* Arrival date
* Arrival time
Where flight information is provided, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
10. Waiting Time
Reasonable complimentary waiting time may be included depending on the service type.
Additional waiting time may incur additional charges.
If a passenger cannot be located after reasonable waiting time and contact attempts, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
11. Customer Cancellation
Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, cancellation fees may apply.
No refunds are generally provided for no-shows.
12. Service Cancellation by JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in circumstances including but not limited to:
* Vehicle breakdown
* Driver illness
* Extreme weather conditions
* Force majeure events
* Safety concerns
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

13. Delays
While we strive to operate punctually, we do not guarantee exact arrival times.
Traffic conditions, weather, border controls, accidents, road closures, and other unforeseen events may affect travel times.
JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
14. International Transfers
For international journeys, passengers are solely responsible for:
* Valid passports
* Visas
* Entry permits
* Health documentation
* Compliance with border regulations
JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER is not responsible for denied entry, border delays, or immigration-related issues.
15. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage dimensions and quantities match the information provided during booking.
We reserve the right to refuse transportation of items that:
* Exceed vehicle capacity
* Are dangerous
* Are prohibited by law
16. Vehicle Damage
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by themselves or persons traveling under their booking.
Repair or cleaning costs may be charged where applicable.
17. Lost Property
We are not responsible for items left in vehicles.
If lost property is found, reasonable efforts will be made to return it to the owner.
Any shipping or delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER shall not be liable for:
* Indirect losses
* Consequential damages
* Lost profits
* Missed flights
* Missed business opportunities
* Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected booking.
19. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
* Natural disasters
* Severe weather
* Government actions
* Strikes
* War
* Public health emergencies
* Border closures
20. Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to such processing.
21. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, and materials are owned by JR CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use is prohibited.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania.
