1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website, booking channels, communication systems, and transportation services provided by JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL (“Company”, “JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, making a booking, purchasing transportation services, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

3. SERVICES PROVIDED
JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL provides private passenger transportation services throughout Romania and internationally where legally permitted.
Services include but are not limited to:
* Airport Transfers
* Hotel Transfers
* Business Transportation
* Corporate Travel
* Intercity Transfers
* International Passenger Transportation
* Private Chauffeur Services
* Event Transportation
* Customized Transportation Services
Transportation services may be performed:
* directly by JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL using its own licensed vehicles and drivers; or
* through licensed subcontracted transportation providers, fleets and drivers contracted by JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL.
All transportation providers engaged by the Company must hold all licenses, authorizations, insurance policies and permits required by applicable legislation.
The Company acts as the contractual service provider toward the customer regardless of which vehicle or driver performs the transportation service.

4. CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
By confirming a booking, the customer enters into a contractual relationship with JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL.
The Company is responsible for:
* booking management;
* customer support;
* transportation coordination;
* service administration;
* invoicing and payment collection.
The Company may engage licensed subcontracted transportation providers to perform transportation services on its behalf.
The use of subcontractors does not create a separate contractual relationship between the customer and the subcontracted driver or transportation provider.
All payments made by the customer are made to JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL.

5. BOOKINGS
Bookings may be made through:
* Website
* Email
* Telephone
* Messaging applications
* Social media channels
* Partner booking platforms
A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation has been issued by JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL.
Customers must provide accurate information including:
* Full name
* Contact telephone number
* Email address
* Pickup location
* Destination
* Travel date
* Pickup time
* Number of passengers
* Luggage information
* Flight details where applicable
The Company reserves the right to refuse bookings containing incomplete or inaccurate information.

6. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to:
* Provide accurate booking information;
* Be present at the agreed pickup location on time;
* Respect drivers and vehicles;
* Follow all applicable laws and regulations;
* Ensure passengers behave appropriately during transportation.
Passengers shall not:
* Smoke inside vehicles;
* Consume illegal substances;
* Damage vehicles;
* Threaten drivers;
* Carry dangerous or prohibited items;
* Engage in unlawful behavior.
The Company reserves the right to terminate transportation services where passenger behavior creates safety risks.

7. PRICING
Prices are determined based on:
* Distance;
* Route;
* Travel duration;
* Vehicle category;
* Pickup location;
* Destination;
* Additional requests.
Prices quoted at booking are generally fixed unless the customer requests changes after confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for:
* Extra stops;
* Waiting time;
* Route modifications;
* Additional luggage;
* Special requests.
Any additional charges will be communicated whenever reasonably possible.

8. PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods may include:
* Credit cards;
* Debit cards;
* Bank transfers;
* Cash payments (where available);
* Online payment systems.
The Company may require full or partial payment before service commencement.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

9. SUBCONTRACTED TRANSPORTATION PROVIDERS
JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL reserves the right to assign any booking to its own fleet or to approved subcontracted transportation providers.
Subcontracted providers are independent licensed transport operators selected by the Company.
The Company remains responsible for customer communication, booking administration and payment processing.
Vehicle brands, models and drivers may differ from those initially displayed or advertised, provided that the booked vehicle category and service standards are maintained.

10. AIRPORT TRANSFERS
For airport pickups, customers should provide:
* Flight number;
* Airline;
* Scheduled arrival time;
* Arrival date.
Where flight information is supplied, we will make reasonable efforts to monitor flight delays and adjust pickup times accordingly.
Customers remain responsible for ensuring that accurate flight information is provided.

11. CHILDREN AND SAFETY
Children must travel in accordance with applicable laws.
Child seats may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for ensuring that children are properly supervised throughout the journey.

12. LUGGAGE
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that luggage information provided during booking is accurate.
The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation of items that:
* Exceed vehicle capacity;
* Are dangerous;
* Are prohibited by law;
* Present a safety risk.
Passengers remain solely responsible for their personal belongings.

13. WAITING TIME
Reasonable waiting time may be included depending on the booking type.
Additional waiting time may be charged.
If a passenger cannot be located after reasonable attempts to establish contact, the booking may be classified as a No-Show.

14. DELAYS
The Company will make reasonable efforts to operate according to the agreed schedule.
However, travel times may be affected by:
* Traffic conditions;
* Road closures;
* Border controls;
* Weather conditions;
* Accidents;
* Public events;
* Government restrictions;
* Other circumstances beyond our control.
Arrival times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

15. CUSTOMER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may cancel a confirmed booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, the Company reserves the right to retain part or all of the booking amount.
No refund is generally available for No-Show situations.

16. BOOKING MODIFICATIONS
Customers may request modifications to:
* Pickup location;
* Destination;
* Pickup time;
* Passenger details;
* Travel requirements.
All modification requests are subject to availability.
Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.

17. NO-SHOW POLICY
A booking shall be considered a No-Show if:
* The passenger fails to appear at the agreed pickup location;
* The passenger cannot be contacted using the provided contact details;
* The passenger refuses transportation without a valid reason after driver arrival.
In such cases, no refund will generally be issued.

18. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL reserves the right to cancel bookings where necessary due to operational, legal or safety reasons.
Where possible, alternative transportation arrangements may be offered.
If no alternative can be provided, any prepaid amount will be refunded.

19. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documentation.
The Company shall not be liable for denied entry, border delays, immigration decisions or passenger documentation issues.

20. LOST PROPERTY
Passengers are responsible for checking vehicles before leaving.
The Company is not responsible for personal belongings left in vehicles.
Where lost items are found, reasonable efforts will be made to return them at the customer’s expense.

21. VEHICLE DAMAGE
Customers shall be responsible for any damage caused to vehicles by themselves or persons traveling under their booking.
Cleaning, repair, replacement or restoration costs may be charged to the responsible customer.

22. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL shall not be liable for:
* indirect losses;
* consequential losses;
* loss of profit;
* loss of business opportunity;
* missed flights;
* missed trains;
* missed connections;
* delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Where liability is established, the Company’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected transportation service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer rights granted under Romanian law or applicable European Union legislation.

23. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.

24. COMPLIANCE WITH TRANSPORT REGULATIONS
JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL and its approved transportation partners operate in accordance with applicable Romanian and European transportation legislation.
Customers acknowledge that transportation services may be performed by different licensed vehicles and drivers depending on operational requirements, availability, route characteristics and destination country regulations.
The Company reserves the right to substitute vehicles, drivers or transportation providers when reasonably necessary to ensure service continuity and passenger safety.

25. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available on our website remains the property of JR. R. CHAUFFEUR TRANSFER SRL unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
